Last family holiday and packing up

Two weeks before I had to go home I went on Holiday together with my host Family. So we made our way to FRANCE! We went Camping on the west coast from France for a week in Bretagne.
At midnight we started driving all the way down to France with the car. After 17 Long hours we finally got there and had a lovely week Camping! -and yes, I said Camping. It was lovely, we visited some nice places and had mostly warm and sunny weather. Take a look yourself:

So as we also went with the fairy, we had some pretty early and english breakfast.

One thing that I noticed over that week me and my family got even closer than we´ve been before. We had such a lovely week together and so much fun!

After we came all the way back to England, I only had one week left of my Exchange...I realised even more how much my time has been running and how soon I´ll be back home.
I spend my last week working in my Placement where they´ve been absolutley adorable, they gave me a `good-bye present´ and made leaving actually pretty hard. I worked there for more than seven months, two days every week and I closed the children into my heart so much as well as some members of staff. I promised when I left to pop around when I´m back in England and I definitley will!
The same week I had to make some pretty hard goodbye´s...
I cried my eyes out saying goodbye to my best friend. He was there for me from the beginning and as more as we stucked around togther the closer we got. I love him to bits and I can´t explain how hard it was saying goodbye to him. After he got onto his bus I had to walk back into college and literllay cried for about 15 minutes in the bathroom...I don´t know what I would have done without him over the year and I am so undlessly thankful for our friendhsip! And as this can`t get any soppier have some picutres ;)

So on the last friday I had in England our IEC (international Exchange coordinator) prepared a farewell meal for us Exchange students from our area. So I went there not expecting actually too much but it turned out to be such a fun time!! It was nice sitting togther with everyone, having some good food and good Music. I enjoyed myself and I am sure everyone else did too! Here are some pictures of me and my forgin girls.

It´s crazy how important all these people got within´ the year and I woulnd`t change those friendships for a single thing in this world! I love them like crazy and I am so happy they´re part of my exchangestorie.
BUT! That wasn´t the last day! Sunday was the big day. The day I feared so so much!
I had to leave my beautiful family....This sounds heartbreaking and I promise you, it was!!
I packed up my last things in the morning and spend as much time as possible with my sisters. I already said goodbye to my hostdad the night before as he sadly had work next day.
So I drank one last cuppa with my sisters and then we left. I got in the car and as we started leaving the base we, well I lived on I started crying. I remembered the first time getting here, walking the way everyday to get to my bus stop and so on....it didn`t feel right leaving.
We went into town to the bus station where all of us were meeting. So arrived there we took one last picture and then burst out into tears. I became a part of this Family, I made such strong bonds and some amazing memories over the year with this Family! I can´t remember the last time I cried so much, it was so heartbreaking, still is just writing about it. I even still cried when we all got on the bus and started driving down to winchester I just couldn´t believe it was over.
